2- If you bought a premium template, you need to login with email that you registered in site before. Otherwise support is not possible.

3- We can not support offline templates that installed in local machine. If there is an issue, you need to send a live demo link of your site.

4- Always mention your site information like Joomla & PHP version or Template & Framework name.
